You have me listed as the #1 top 'faller' falling over 1000 places in a week. Um, I changed my Twitter name. Now thanks to you, my entire community just received an email announcing I am the biggest looser. This brings to question my influence and all of the hard work I put into growing my brand. Warning to others, if you change your Twitter handle, Rise will not update ( like Klout and every other ranking service does) and you will plummet to the very bottom of the rankings. Additionally, thanks to Rise sending out emails listing fallers, your entire community will question your brand.

Including the list of Fallers in the email is now a decision for the board manager to choose whether to include or not under Email settings.
Rise now checks Twitter handles if they have changed and the board manager is using a Twitter data collector.
Wordpress blogs can be added as a data collector. Consult your Rise board manager to ask them to add this to their score algorithm,

With each new Power100 board we now send a detailed best practice guide and tutorial.
I could see the board on my mobile - you can't view the board! Surely that's the most basic function?2 votes
We have updated the mobile views of the boards. Let us know if this has not fixed the issue and which board you are looking at. Thanks
When I add players with a twitter bio search it gets 90% right but there are still 10% who are the wrong people - I'd like a quick way to moderate the list of players by seeing their bio, twitter account and then a one click to exclude them.4 votes
You can now show bios for your players when listing them via the manager interface. There is a checkbox and bulk exclude button at the bottom of the page.
Give fans points if they like or comment on Facebook page posts2 votes
This connector is now live.
Where is the search feature to search for a piece of data to see if it appears in any of your leaderboards?6 votes
You can now use the Search feature to search on both board names and player names on any Public Rise board.
Weekly top points/leaderboard, not just overall.
I.e. i would like to be able to see who has the most points added this week.1 vote
The movers and shakers widget which shows top risers, fallers and new entrants each week is now live, under the Channels section
Allow Player Identifiers to pull from URL - don't see this in the pull down list after you create a Leaderboard. I have a list of nearly 3000 urls in a specific subject area that I have hand curated over the past 14+ years - I don't have their twitter handles, emails or facebook accounts - just the URLS. Any plans to add this option at some point. Could be very valuable. Thanks7 votes
This has been implemented. Let us know if you’d like to use it and we’ll make sure you can access it.
Cascading function to be manipulated in one fell swoop when creating an aggregate leaderboard so that all updates can be synced together. In particular to check that all is configured correctly on a leaderboard of leaderboards.

This is currently a labs feature which I provide access to if there are customers using the aggregated leaderboard feature.
When editing or changing variables, it would be great to have a 'mass edit function' - to change visibility of all variables for example. Not useful for a small number of variables in a leaderboard but great for the larger ones!2 votes
We’ve added a restructure section which allows mass edit, I’ll see if we can add visibility as one of the columns in future.
Being able to populate a leaderboard with players from a list on twitter6 votes
Twitter Lists are now supported as a premium connector. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you’re not on Platinum but would like to try it.
Add an RSS feed as a data source so you can you rank players on the number of posts they make or comments they receive etc.1 vote
Already in the software as “Blog” source
Allow teams of players, grouping either by a google spreadsheet saying who is in which team or by twitter lists etc. That way we can leaderboard departments with lots of members to build a sense of loyalty etc.1 vote
This is now supported in two ways – with Tags so you can split a leaderboard by different departments showing how everyone in each department fairs and by using aggregate leaderboards where all the scores of everyone in one leaderboard are totalled together to provide the scores for the team in another “leaderboard of leaderboards”.
Would be great to have a Poll Now button for datasources. That way you don't have to change dates and intervals if you just need to refresh the data sets.9 votes
We have now implemented a Poll Now button on the connectors page. Thanks for the great idea. Keep them coming!
Is there a way (do you think) of using information from profiles on twitter, to create a player list?1 vote
THis has now been implemented. You can use twitter search to get a list of players. it is available in the Top INfluencer Template.
This would allow for participants who operate on a smaller scale than the top 20 to compete for slots lower down and incentivise them to get involved. Only showing 20 reduces the incentive to get involved if you don't think you can compete with the people listed.1 vote
The next release of the Noise meter will be Top 40
Show sparklines for each player so you can see at a glance their previous positions in the leaderboard3 votes
