Yes, you can send out different tweets to users on different teams.

When you are in the Share settings for Twitter User Notifications, choose the team you want to send a message to from the dropdown box.  See image below.



Then, you will get the standard tweeting-out template for you to craft your messages to the Top X users, Top X Risers, Tox X Fallers, Top Newcomers.
