Why is my scorecard not updating / refreshing?

This is a scenario that you may experience if you:

have just added a new user to your scorecard and/or
have just added a new score entry or run a scorecard collector manually

The rise.global scorecard platform does not assume that the score entry process is coupled with the scorecard bulletin process i.e. that the scorecard bulletin refreshes instantly automatically wheneve a new score entry is recorded.  You, as the scorecard administrator, have to decide when you want the scorecard bulletins to generate.  Please read this Help Centre article to help you do this.
