A scorecard bulletin is a scorecard that is defined by:
  1. the time it was generated
  2. the score period which defines which score entries counted towards the scores of each player and also their rank on any leaderboard

The word used between 2012 and 2017 for a "Scorecard Bulletin" was "Release"
